ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The essential functions of the Lead Installation Technician are to serve the customers of the company by installing heating and air conditioning systems with an emphasis on quality installations, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes. Maintain a reputation for quality installations, as well as keeping the customer informed of what is being done as well as when and how it will be done.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner; work with and train any installation helpers which may be assigned to work with you; complete and sign-off on all Job Quality Checklists; maintain the equipment and inventory in your truck for maximum efficiency; attend bi-weekly 8:00 AM Tuesday morning staff meetings; attend company or vendor training as required; maintain any necessary licenses or certifications which may apply; exhibit professional conduct at all times, whether at the job site or driving company vehicles.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School degree or equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices time sheets and proposals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation.
REASONING ABILITY
Must be capable of applying sound business judgment to all decisions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Must have appropriate current state or local license if required.

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from very cold with rain to very hot and humid. This includes attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations. The employee may be called upon to be in customer or service production sites on an as need to basis. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with regular weekend work, as well as early and/or late weekday meetings with customers, vendors and staff personnel as needed.
This position deals with aggressive personalities in a highly competitive industry and may be stressful.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
