This position will work with different personality types and across a number of publications.
Candidates for this position should have strong interpersonal skills and client orientation and exhibit an ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts as a team member as well as a team leader.
Essential Functions:
Perform job duties and conduct self in accordance with company core values.
Hiring and retaining team members Employee engagement and relation to encourage the retention of high-quality employees.
Talent acquisition to ensure a legally compliant and best practice approach to employee relations to encourage the attraction of high-quality employees.
Implement human resources strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures Maintain and update Employee Handbook as needed Maintaining confidential information and documents Assist with payroll Assist with unemployment request Manage HR database and employee files for assigned employees.
Help with employee issues and review information prior to employee terminations.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
