Responsibilities:
-Prospect, Negotiate, Sell, Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including weddings, conferences, conventions, fundraisers, and corporate meetings - Develop event concepts and themes that align with client objectives - Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment - Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients and hotel.
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, teardown, and onsite coordination - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events - Develop and implement event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event planning process
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Manager or related field - Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events - Excellent guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for attendees - Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events - Exceptional contract negotiation skills - Familiarity with catering requirements for events of various sizes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards - Experience in event marketing and promotion is a plus If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you!
