Responsibilities include crafting targeted marketing campaigns, managing social media strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to boost both lodging and event bookings.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional communication skills, and a creative mindset to showcase our hotel as the premier destination for unforgettable weddings and exceptional stays.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, attract guests, and enhance the hotel's reputation Manage and drive overall digital and print marketing and advertising strategies Assist/Oversee/Manage hotel listings and content on online travel agency websites in partnerships with the Revenue Management Department.
Oversee/Manage social media and engagement including content, blog, marketing, advertising, and performance measurement Analyze and report monthly digital web direct and online travel agency performance metrics and broader hotel performance data Oversee information on website, confirming accuracies and updating as needed Coordinate and create social media campaigns and communications Market our brand by developing and executing creative events to be held for our guests Develop, plan, and coordinate company events (Holiday events, bar/restaurant openings, etc.
); coordinate and market these events and communicate with the Oaks team Manage company presence on all online platforms, including Trip Advisor, Google, Expedia, Local Chamber Accounts, etc.
Create lodging specific packages/specials including updating reservation software and website Manage all public relations related opportunities and communications Digital asset (photography, video, logos, brand) management Coordinate photoshoots for content; to include property, food, events, etc.
Work with sales director to develop corporate and event packages Coordinate or prepare all marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities All other duties assigned Position Requirements:
Self-starter with 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred Strong organization and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work Demonstrates self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm Content management and web analytics experience a plus Experience with Think Reservation and Event Temple a plus Job Type:
