Duties include:
Answering phone calls and text messages Rescheduling/scheduling students Communicating with parents and teachers Greeting clients Keeping track of inventory Maintaining an organized and clean space Cleaning and disinfecting rooms Designing and updating newsletters and emails Candidates should:
Be punctual and timely Be organized Be able to multi-task Be pleasant and good with children Be professional Be friendly and welcoming Have great communication skills Care about our clients' experiences at EMA Have great phone skills We do get very busy at times with multiple lessons happening at once, so you must absolutely be able to maintain a friendly attitude and professionalism in a fast paced environment.
Musical experience is helpful, but not necessary.
We would love to have someone who wants to learn.
We are a very fast growing school and participate in many community events as well as hosting our own events.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
