Summary:
Project Support position will assist the project manager with tracking and recording mailed surveys and postcards.
Requires a basic knowledge of general office practices, as well as a familiarity with MS Windows and related word processing, spreadsheet, database software, and scanning documents.
The position is onsite at the Easton office.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Prepares and/or process folders, files, and maintains medical records.
Locates, signs out, and delivers medical records requested.
Operates computer to enter and retrieve data and type correspondence and reports.
Operates office equipment.
Maintains database files.
Interacts with customers on-site and by phone to identify and resolve or seek assistance for resolution.
Cross-trains to provide coverage in all unit functions.
Seeks assistance as needed.

Required Experience Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or at least 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Medical terminology or experience in healthcare preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
