- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies - Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation - Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads - Ensure that all drink orders are made to customer specifications - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive pay based on experience along with opportunities for career growth within our company.
