Contracts, Follow-Ups, AOD Billing Safeguards clients' record confidentiality and secure storage to meet HIPAA guidelines and standards.
Compile, process, and maintain clients' records in a manner consistent with administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the Agency.
Process, maintain, compile, and report client information for health requirements and standards.
Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes Ensures that the client records contain accurate information and that services are appropriately documented in the record Provides coding or data entry backup when indicated by departmental needs.
Assemble clients' information, making sure that clients' charts are complete, that all forms are completed and that all necessary information is in the computer.
Close and Scan files for Archiving purposes into medical records system Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Proficient with PC stand computer operations (word, excel & adobe applications) f.
Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment g.
Able to bend, lift and or carry up to 50 pounds.
