Seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to help out with our busy office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, experience in bookkeeping and organizational skills, and the ability to remain proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and collections.
Calculate vendor payments, payroll, and taxes.
Perform monthly financial analysis.
Compile financial statements.
Check for accuracy of financial reports.
Maintain financial databases.
Maintain audit logs.
