years, we has provided homeowners, contractors, and new construction home builders with quality flooring, stair and rail products.
We are looking for two qualified, experienced individuals to join our Outside Sales Team, specifically covering our Eastern Shore territory which encompasses MD and DE.
This will be a remote, on the road, and onsite position.
For the right applicants, we are willing to offer a larger base salary to get you started and then work together to define a program that will comfortably transition you to a smaller base salary, plus commission.
You will also receive a car allowance, company phone, and company laptop.
Key responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative include:
Develop new business by locating opportunities and generating leads Increase existing customer sales in pre-established geographic sales territory Meet monthly sales goals outlined by Management Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.
Construction related experience required.
Fundamentals of framing, stair geometry, stair and rail installation all highly desired Comfortable prospecting new business Ability to connect with decision makers and build lasting relationships Solid experience in pre-visit planning, and account development Exceptional communication skills and organizational abilities Proficient in MS Office; focus on Excel Basic knowledge of fundamental mathematic operations Must be teachable with a strong desire to learn Possess valid driver's license and has reliable transportation Must be willing to travel to our headquarters for on site training when necessary.
