- File and organize legal documents and correspondence - Maintain document management systems and ensure proper storage of files - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Perform data entry tasks to update client information and case details
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills - Proficient in using document management systems and other legal software - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This position offers a competitive salary based on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
